Personalised curriculum

  • Pupils’ personalised learning is identified through person-centred EHC meetings and is directly put into action through pupils’ IEPs. Outcomes typically refer to the headings in bold. ​

  • Pupils’ learning is weighted depending on their stage of development and identified SEND learning needs.​

  • A focus is placed on these distinct areas within identified age phases in the school. ​

  • This curriculum model allows us to identify possible outcomes for pupils in the latter stages of their education at Tweendykes.​
