Pupils’ personalised learning is identified through person-centred EHC meetings and is directly put into action through pupils’ IEPs. Outcomes typically refer to the headings in bold.
Pupils’ learning is weighted depending on their stage of development and identified SEND learning needs.
A focus is placed on these distinct areas within identified age phases in the school.
This curriculum model allows us to identify possible outcomes for pupils in the latter stages of their education at Tweendykes.
